Designed to provide the ideal atomization for a wide range of spray materials, 3M™ Accuspray™ Spray Heads are an integral part of our 3M™ Accuspray™ Gun System. With its HVLP technology, the 3M™ Accuspray™ gun offers excellent transfer efficiency. These replaceable, reusable spray heads are available in a variety of sizes for ideal atomization, whether you apply low-viscosity materials such as water-based or solvent-based paints or higher viscosity materials such as primers. or adhesives. The nozzles are easy to clean and reuse, or can be quickly removed and replaced to use the on-demand spray gun. Other benefits include improved primer consumption, shorter application time and less cleaning time, as well as a better finish, which reduces sanding time. Each replaceable spray head is transparent so technicians can easily see when the nozzle is clean to reduce cleaning times. 3 sizes of 3M™ Accuspray™ spray heads with color coding per application are available: 1.4mm sprayheads provide fine atomization with minimal overspray, making them ideal for low viscosity materials such as seal, paint, topcoats, lacquers and light adhesives. Replaceable 1.8 mm spray heads are ideal for medium to high viscosity materials such as auto primers, lacquers and adhesives. 2.0mm spray heads are typically used with our 3M™ Accuspray™ HGP spray gun designed specifically for the application of high volume, high viscosity fluids. Use these nozzles for the application of gels, adhesives, undercoats, high concentration primers, special coatings and sound absorbing coatings. Other benefits include reduced primer consumption, shorter application time and less time for cleaning, as well as a better finish, which reduces sanding time.
